Its unique way of functioning – the brewing units that work independently of the boiler with the DTCS (Direct Temperature Control System) - is patented and therefore unparalleled. The parameters of each brewing unit can be set and run independently from one another. Users can therefore turn their own individual concept of coffee into reality. Even in the event that one unit fails, the machine can continue to operate without any constraints.

To guarantee temperature stability even during longer extractions, we have reinforced the casing of each brewing unit by 20%. This way, we can live up to the expectations of any given coffee culture because the brewing temperature remains stable even during longer shots.
